Job Title: Dealership Administrator / Deal Clerk

We are a fast-paced, high-volume automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dealership Administrator (Deal Clerk) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post vehicle deals accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and verify all documentation for new and used vehicle sales.
- Ensure compliance with OMVIC regulations and dealership policies.
- Coordinate funding with lenders and financial institutions.
- Manage vehicle inventory records and licensing documentation.
- Reconcile deal files and resolve discrepancies.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and accounting departments.
- Assist with month-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous dealership experience preferred (Deal Clerk or similar role).
- Strong understanding of automotive deal structures.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (CDK, PBS, or similar).
- Knowledge of OMVIC regulations is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
