The Serpa Certified Collision Repair Centre, Proud member of the Fix Auto Network is looking to add an experienced Estimator / Job Coordinator to our growing team.

We're a Certified Collision Repair Centre (CCRC) with FCA, Kia, Hyundai, Genesis, Nissan, and Honda — and we're not stopping there. We're on track to become certified with even more brands, so we can keep delivering the highest quality repairs for every vehicle that comes through our doors.
Our sister dealership, Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT, is currently seeing very high service volume — both client work and internal fleet needs — and we need someone who can help us keep pace with that demand. We're accredited with all major insurance companies, including AVIVA, TD, Armada, RSA, Wawanesa, Desjardins, and more. We equip our team with cutting-edge technology, up-to-date scan tools and specialty equipment, and a shop full of people who have worked together for years. Whatever comes through the bay, we have the tools and the team to handle it.

The Role
This position combines two closely connected responsibilities: estimating and job coordination. You'll be the one writing the estimate — and the one making sure the job moves smoothly from drop-off to delivery.

Responsibilities:
Estimating:
  • Create thorough, accurate estimates for client vehicle repairs.
  • Engage with customers to clearly explain necessary and recommended repairs.
  • Coordinate with insurance partners for direct repair services.
  • Generate necessary reports and documentation.
Job Coordination:
  • Track and schedule repair jobs through each stage of the shop, keeping timelines on target.
  • Act as the point of contact between customers, technicians, and insurance partners throughout the repair process.
  • Order and coordinate parts to keep jobs moving without delay.
  • Communicate status updates to customers and manage expectations on timing.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in estimating and appraising.
  • Strong customer service aptitude.
  • Demonstrated leadership or management capabilities.
  • Punctual and flexible.
  • Professional telephone skills and a customer-service orientation.
  • Knowledge of Summit, CDK, insurance company procedures and processes, DMS, and/or Mitchell Estimating or Audatex is an asset.
