The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service team — managing the full service experience from greeting to vehicle delivery.
- Greet customers on arrival and handle inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Advise on recommended and required vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate customer mobility and loaner arrangements.
- Manage special-order parts files and proactively follow up with customers.
- Notify customers when parts arrive and book installation appointments.
- Assist at vehicle pickup and process payments.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of service advisor experience across various vehicle makes and models.
- Solid working knowledge of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Nice to have:
- Experience with CDK Service platforms (an asset, not a requirement).
