Job Title: Dealership Administrator / Deal Clerk

Location: Serpa Automotive Group –Aurora, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:
We are a fast-paced, high-volume automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dealership Administrator (Deal Clerk) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and post vehicle deals accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and verify all documentation for new and used vehicle sales.
Ensure compliance with OMVIC regulations and dealership policies.
Coordinate funding with lenders and financial institutions.
Manage vehicle inventory records and licensing documentation.
Reconcile deal files and resolve discrepancies.
Work closely with sales, finance, and accounting departments.
Assist with month-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

Previous dealership experience preferred (Deal Clerk or similar role).
Strong understanding of automotive deal structures.
Familiarity with dealership management systems (CDK, PBS, or similar).
Knowledge of OMVIC regulations is an asset.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
