Full-Time Receptionist — Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM
401 & Kennedy Road, Toronto

Serpa Chrysler is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients — whether they're walking through the door or calling in — you'll set the tone for their entire dealership experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanour; assess their needs and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Manage incoming calls with courtesy and efficiency — take detailed messages, answer questions, and route calls appropriately.
Introduce clients to Sales Consultants promptly, ensuring a fair and consistent rotation of prospects among the sales team.
Support dealership operations with administrative tasks, including:
Processing customer payments and licensing sold and demo vehicles.
Stocking in new inventory and maintaining accurate vehicle stock files.
Ordering office supplies; filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and courier packages.
Keep the reception and customer waiting areas clean, tidy, and welcoming.

What We're Looking For:

A natural, engaging communicator — in person and on the phone — who leaves clients with a great first impression.
A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.
2+ years of reception and/or customer service experience preferred.
Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required.
Comfortable operating a multi-line phone system.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including drafting basic business correspondence.
